Pick-and-place machine

A pick-and-place machine is often used for processes that consist of several steps. It is used to transport a product or box to a different conveyor or position. The benefit of a pick-and-place machine is that it moves along with the rest of the system. It is also possible to use multiple pick-and-place machines together.

Pusher

A pusher is commonly used in sorting systems. This machine pushes the sheets of cardboard from the pallet, so they can be processed in the machine. We can deliver pushers with a width up to five metres. This makes the machine capable of pushing any type of product or box, regardless of its dimensions.

Roller conveyor

A roller conveyor is used for the internal transport of e.g. boxes or pallets. The box or pallet is automatically carried from point A to B. The roller conveyor is ideal to cover the distance between two processes, such as wrapping up pallets on the wrapper and then adding a barcode sticker. We offer a selection of roller conveyors.

Turntable

A turntable leads to a more efficient and safer production process. It moves and turns heavy or light goods, so that products can continue their path along the conveyor belt. This is a useful tool to have if your transport route includes multiple turns and rotations.

Conveyor belts

A conveyor belt is perhaps the most important part of any production process. It carries products along and takes them to the right machines for further processing. We offer both straight and curved conveyor belts.

Perpendicular pick-and-place machine

A perpendicular pick-and-place machine makes it possible to change the transport direction of goods on a roller conveyor without the use of a turntable. The strong chains of the machine lift up the load and transport it to an adjacent conveyor belt.

Transverse carriage

Transverse carriages or shuttles are used to cover larger distances. It is a perfect alternative to a long roller conveyor and ideally suited for transporting packages from several lines to a single central location in your production hall.

Stacker

A stacker stacks layers of products on a pallet. This saves employees from having to bend over or lift products above shoulder height. Stackers make the work in your warehouse easier. They are available in different types and sizes.

Pallet destacker

A destacker is the ideal solution for a rapidly moving production process. The benefit of a pallet destacker is that an employee does not have to take pallets off a stack by hand. As a result, they have to perform less physical labour and their work becomes easier - all without compromising on quality!

Elevator conveyor

An elevator conveyor is used to transport products up or down. This is needed when, for example, products have to be weighed, stacked or continue on their way on an even higher conveyor belt. Elevator conveyors and regular conveyor belts are often combined to achieve optimal results.

Robot palletiser

The robot is a standard solution for palletising boxes on pallets. The robot is easy to move around with a pallet truck or forklift and doesn't require much space, so it can be used everywhere. However, people should take care not to stand near it! A robot is a standard solution for palletising complex layers of boxes or packages on pallets.

Wrapper with turntable

The wrapper is the most commonly used solution to wrap your shipment in, for example, wrapping film. For this method, the product - often a pallet full of boxes - is placed on a turntable.

Removal conveyor

The removal conveyor ensures that rejected packages are removed from the production line. Faulty packages are detected using high-tech cameras. The machine is set to certain specifications. If the cameras detect a box or package with different specifications, the removal conveyor will take it out of the process.

Turning cross

If a pallet has to be rotated before the process can continue, you can use a turning cross. The turning cross determines exactly how much to rotate the pallet based on the requirements of the transport process.
